If you want use this data in another context, the simplest way is to select it and copy it. If you are on a computer, click and drag the mouse across the data so that it gets highlighted. Then Edit/Copy and open the application you want to use it in, like Excel or Numbers, and then Edit/Paste into the new document.
If you are on a mobile device you need to do a Long Press or Long Touch in the middle of the data table. This will highlight part of the table with options to Copy, Select or Select All. There should also be “handles” that you can touch and drag to expand or contract the selection. Drag the handles to where you want them and then touch Copy. Then open your email and Paste it into the body of the message. Send it to yourself, or whomever so you can get it onto your computer.
You are not limited to copying the data table. You can expand your selection to cover the entire page and paste that into your email. This can be useful to email to your teacher if this has been assigned as homework.
